Boston is one of the oldest cities in the U.S. It is the capital of and largest city in Massachusetts. The city’s economy is also based on research, electronics, engineering, finance, and high technology—principally biotechnology. There are 21 official neighborhoods in Boston used by the city. China is not a party member to the treaty of 1961. Most people that need to get documents authenticate or legalize for use in China must go through a chain of authentication which can be a lengthy tedious process. Document that need to be legalize or authenticate for use in China are often marriage certificate, background check, FBI background check, corporate documents, articles of incorporation, bank letter, degrees, birth certificate etc.
